Team:
The trainers at Elite UK Soccer make learning the technical fundamentals of the game of soccer both fun and engaging for young players. Elite trainers demonstrate a commitment to excellence when teaching essential skills and have an obvious love for the game which becomes infectious in a group environment. For older, more experienced players, Elite Trainers professionally demonstrate team tactics for execution at the most critical point in a match. Elite UK Soccer has trained several of the teams I've coached enhancing team chemistry and our results on the field.

1v1 Personal Training:
Each Elite Trainer is a specialist, Winston Haughton teaches the craft of the classic Striker, that moment of brilliance, that flash that becomes the finish. Haughton specializes in developing the skills of a forward for play in the attacking third. My daughter has trained 1v1 with Winston over the last several years gaining insight into the techniques and tactics of striking, in short, how to score goals and make goals happen.

Elite UK Soccer teaches all facets of the game to the individual player with sound results.

Exeter Youth Soccer Association (EYSA), an Exeter, NH based club team hired Elite UK for a two night per week clinic for nine weeks during the summer of 2003. Winston, Stephen and Lenny did an excellent job of teaching soccer fundamentals to kids at various skill levels. All the kids enjoyed the great training and had lots of fun. Hiring Elite UK for soccer skills training was a boost to our program. This is evidenced by the fact that my U12 team became the first girls state champion in the history of EYSA!

My daughter enjoyed the soccer camp she attended last summer. She could not wait to get to camp each morning. She walked away at the end of the week much more confident in her skills and with a greater love for the sport.  She even wanted to sign up for another week, however there were not any other weeks available.  During the fall she opted to miss other activities to attend skills sessions conducted by the instructors at Elite UK Soccer.  She can't wait for the next session.

I have a great deal of respect and fond regard for Lenny and can truthfully recommend him to any coach who wishes to either improve an entire team or a specific athlete. I have found Lenny to be very dedicated to his profession as well as extremely knowledgeable. His enthusiasm is contagious and carried over to all of the athletes with whom he worked. The athletes were extremely impressed and looked forward to working with him during every session.

Elite UK Soccer trainers have worked with our team for three seasons - with outstanding results. The curriculum is well thought out. The sessions are interactive - questions are posed which encourage the players to think about what they are doing and learning. The trainers make it fun, while at the same time keeping the kids focused on accomplishing the objectives of each practice. Our team's progress has been easy to quantify over the seasons by looking at our scores against comparable opponents - but for me, the bottom line is that over three seasons we have not had one player drop off the team. A big reason for this is the Elite UK Soccer trainers. They care about the kids, they make it fun, and as the players develop new skills, they are better able to enjoy the game of soccer.

Two of my children have had the great fortune of training with the soccer trainers of Elite UK Soccer. My 14 year old son has been able to benefit from coaching, camps sessions, and 1:1 training from Steve, Lenny and Winston. Every session has resulted in improved skills, from agility, striking accurately, and placing corner kicks, to defending the ball. Most notably has been his improved composure. The trainers have been able to take him to a level of skill where he now has confidence in his abilities, he takes time to assess his position and make the best play possible when he has the ball, while playing smarter by moving on the field to create opportunities for his teammates when he does not have the ball. Beginning 9 th grade my son was asked to write a short essay on his most memorable teacher, that teacher was Steve Hetherington, his soccer coach of one year; and the lessons my son expressed in addition to specific skills, were those of composure and persistence throughout life, on and off the field. Steve, Lenny and Winston are coaches/trainers/teachers we are truly fortunate to have with us.

My daughter has told me how much she has learned, both from the summer camp with the varsity team and from the training sessions with the Ladybugs. The drills and pointers on techniques have added a new dimension to her game and has, in my opinion, made her a much stronger player. With continued practice and training, I feel she will more than make her presence felt on the varsity team next year.

I have been coaching soccer for over 10 years. I wanted to take a moment to thank Elite UK Soccer for providing top shelf and highly professional training to my teams as well as the teams for (SVU), Souhegan Valley United. I am a coach and board member for the club. I currently have my USSF National "D" license. As a parent coach, there came a time that I had to ask the tough question, is there a better way to bring the kids "to the next level". I have coached my teams for several years, and although qualified to teach them the game of soccer, the players began to feel like it is the same old thing and begin to question, "is there more to learn"? This is when I felt like I needed to provide something more for the kids. I decided to investigate the services of professional training specifically from Elite UK Soccer Training, LLC. They brought a knowledge and passion for the game that the kids became very excited about. The trainers are young, athletic, highly licensed, and played at very high standards in Europe. They are expert in the game but most importantly, they can teach the game in a way that the players respect and identify. The trainers have become important role models to the kids. All of my players look up to and respect them as trainers and people. The big advantage is that, I still run my teams, but they are getting the best training I can get them. Another advantage is that they can rotate trainers periodically to bring another aspect or perception of the game to the kids. Both of my teams train with Elite UK Soccer and both of my teams have shown tremendous improvements in both the tactical and technical aspects of the games. As a club board member, 67% of the club teams went to the GSYSL finals. All trained by Elite UK Soccer Training, LLC. From a club standpoint, that is a very high percentage. They have delivered what they said they would deliver, the kids have moved "to the next level". I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Elite UK Soccer for all of your services.

My name is Rich Eaton, and my daughter is on John Edwards' team. I wish to thank you, Steve, and Winston for the Tuesday night sessions. I asked her if she has enjoyed the sessions, and she said yes, very much. I have watched her improve over the past year, and I attribute that to the training she has received from you.  Although she does not always seem to pay attention, and at times she seems to stand there waiting instead of moving around (I have mentioned these things to her, but she does not want to listen to me - one of the "benefits" of being a Dad, I guess).  But I can tell she has picked up a great deal, and I thank you for that. Your positive attitude and dedication to the girls is outstanding, and the girls reflect this with their enjoyment of the sessions.

- Rich Eaton

Our experience with Elite UK has been very positive. They have established excellent age appropriate training drills for boys & girls youth soccer teams. All three instructors support each other to ensure each team or individual is covered for the specific training session. Your child will see a marked improvement after spending time with Lenny, Steve or Winston. The smiles on the child's face will tell the true story.

I was very pleased with the training provided by you and Elite UK. I think the eight week training session was well developed and appropriately suited for the 12-year old players. The sessions were progressive and allowed enough flexibility to challenge the players when they mastered the early techniques. I was impressed with the organization, drills, pacing, and the rapport developed with the kids. It was a very positive learning experience and look forward to future training with you.

Elite UK Soccer Training has been a great experience for my GU14 team (LadyBugs). Their training has raised the team's confidence level in playing soccer; they play better, have more fun, and are more motivated. Its positive environment has been very encouraging and each of the girls appears to play harder. In general, the girls have improved their footskills not only with their first touch but also with what they call "cool moves", that they are now tactically applying in real game situations. More importantly the drills have taught them how to integrate plays into the flow and strategy of the game. They have learned how to pass quickly, play in groups on the field and attack as a team. Overall the team has come away with much better skills, a willingness to take risks, and an improved work ethic, all of which has increased their enjoyment of the game. Since adding the Elite UK Soccer Training, the team has received several compliments. Elite UK Soccer Training is wonderful and I highly recommend it to all soccer players.

My 6 year old son has attended a week long camp run by Elite UK Soccer. During that week I had numerous opportunities to observe the fun. I have been a pediatric physical therapist for 18 years and have not seen 3 coaches/trainers more qualified to train our children than Steve, Lenny and Winston. They consistently exhibit an exceptional understanding of movement and development, both behavioral and motor, while teaching soccer skills. The children ranged in age from 5 to 14 and every one demonstrated improved skills at the end of the week. The greatest lesson was an ongoing lesson in sportsmanship, too often overlooked in the world of sports today.   With a lot of laughter added, the learning experience was invaluable.
