Lenny Webb

Coaching Director and co-founder of Elite UK Soccer Training, LLC. He grew up playing youth soccer in England, which led him to coaching in the Academy of Wycombe Wandereres Football Club, before switching islands. Lenny holds a U.E.F.A ‘B’ Coaching License and a BA(hons) in Leisure Management and Sports Studies. He is currently Head coach and Trainer at successful club sides within the Granite State leagues, as well as Youth Director for Souhegan Valley United. Lenny is also a coach in the New Hampshire ODP program.

Winston Haughton

Coaching Director and co-founder of Elite UK Soccer Training, LLC. U.E.F.A ‘C’ Coaching License. U.S.S.F ‘ C ‘ Equivalent. Youth School boy player with English Premier team Aston Villa. Semi-professional player in the English Midland Combinations Leagues. Coaching within the Community Scheme for Birmingham City, an English Premier League Soccer Club.

Degree in Business and Sports Studies from the University of Wolverhamton
Division One top goal scorer and Striker for Souhegan Valley Men’s Team, a New Hampshire state Division One league team.

Head Coach of Milford Middle School boy’s team, Trainer of Hesser College girl’s team Head coach and trainers at successful club sides within the Granite State and Seacoast Leagues. Co-head of development for 12 teams at Souhegan Valley United Soccer Club

Ryan Gwinnell

Ryan is the newest member of Elite UK Soccer, joining the crew in August 2006. Ryan is a UEFA ‘C’ licensed coach and has an experienced background as both a player and a coach. Before joining Elite UK Ryan graduated with a degree in Exercise and Health Science, as well as playing for Wycombe Wanderers youth teams. Ryan is currently coaching and training teams within the Granite State Leagues.
